Year 4 Swimming Lessons

As part of the National Curriculum, our Year 4 pupils will be provided with FREE swimming lessons.  Each Year 4 class will have weekly lessons on a Tuesday for half of the academic year.

Oak - from 12 Sep 23 to 13 Feb 24

Beech - from 27 Feb 24 to 9 Jul 24

Your child will need to bring a swimsuit and towel (and swim hat if they have long hair). 

The children will be transported to the swimming pool by coach each week and will receive expert tuition from the Active Luton swimming tutors.

The expectation is that every primary school child will learn water safety and should learn to swim 25m before they leave primary school. Click on the link for further information.
