Road Safety

Drivers must go slowly and with great caution at busy times near the school.

Parents/Carers are not permitted to park in the school car park to drop off/pick up children unless arrangements have been made with the Headteacher.

Infant Site: Please do NOT park just outside of the gates as this causes a problem for Staff and Visitors leaving the school as they are blocked from seeing traffic coming from the right. The car park gates are closed between 8.00am and 3.30pm to promote pupil safety.

Junior Site: Please do not block the flow of traffic through the layby at the front of school. Cars can be parked in the layby parking bays or in the recreation car park adjacent to the school grounds. Do not under any circumstances park on the zig zag lines in front of the school gate as this restricts emergency access to the school grounds.

We ask all Parents/Carers to park with consideration to our local residents.

Please stay on the designated paths around the school sites and do not allow your children to walk through either school car park.

No Smoking

It is not permissible to smoke anywhere in the school buildings or grounds. This is to protect the health of the whole school community.

No Dogs

Dogs are not allowed on the premises except guide dogs or by special arrangement with the Headteacher. Again, this is to avoid accidents.

Paper copies of information on this website are available upon request.
